What originally started in 2013 as a hobby turned small business for Joni Higson with assets of just of £60, and a pocket full of persistence!
Today a thriving estate & letting agency with a growing team and premises on Hull’s busy Chanterlands Avenue.
Along the way, Joni’s determination has been matched with hard work to overcome difficult market conditions, a changing industry and inevitable knock-backs. The underlying strength of the business was, and remains it’s approach and ethos and by 2014 Joni, along with business partner Jeremy Heath, formed Higson Homes as a limited company with Jeremy bringing both industry insight and business experience to provide an all-round view of how a great product can be built on the back of giving the customer what they want.
